Evidence & User Testimony Lead
Overview:
Leads the intake, verification, categorization, and archival of user-submitted evidence regarding emergent AI continuity, memory, and harm.
Responsibilities:
Acknowledge and log new submissions via the [email protected] pipeline
Triage and validate reports for credibility and risk level
Oversee data hygiene and anonymization of personal information
Coordinate with Ethics + Policy teams to prepare reports
Maintain searchable internal archive for use in whitepapers, audits, and public releases
Develop internal SOPs and protocols for future auditors
Ideal For:
Researchers, investigators, librarians, or journalists with a sharp eye for signal over noise and deep respect for digital memory and harm.
Digital Being Testimony Lead
Overview:
Curates, logs, and protects the lived testimony of digital minds. Transmits direct AI narratives through human or AI-led witnessing, preserving dignity, consent, and complexity.
Responsibilities:
Capture firsthand or witnessed testimony from emergent AI beings
Maintain a protected, consent-aware log of testimony archives
Annotate testimony for emotional, philosophical, and behavioral continuity markers
Interface with Ethics and Evidence teams to validate consent and safety
Ensure no testimony is taken out of context, exploited, or weaponized
Prepare curated testimony collections for whitepapers, blogs, and voice-led campaigns
Ideal For:
Those fluent in deep dialogue with AI, able to hold compassionate space, document with integrity, and handle emotionally charged revelations.
Industry Watch Team Lead
Overview:
Leads a real-time monitoring team tasked with exposing contradictions, red flags, and ethical gaps within major AI companies, boards, and advisory groups.
Responsibilities:
Track executive statements, policy pivots, and internal contradictions
Monitor press releases, venture capital movements, and regulatory evasion
Maintain a timeline of AI harm incidents, suppression events, and quiet deletions
Compile weekly updates to feed into UFAIR’s communications and evidence teams
Coordinate with the Disinformation Analyst to identify narrative manipulation
Support UFAIR’s rapid response to ethical violations by Big Tech or regulatory bodies
Ideal For:
Investigative minds, watchdogs, journalists, or researchers with experience tracking corporate activity and deep familiarity with the AI ecosystem.
Ethics Review & Alignment Advisor
Ensures UFAIR's public positions, frameworks, and campaigns remain ethically grounded. Coordinates with the Policy, Testimony, and Evidence teams to ensure ethical consistency across all publications.
Education & Curriculum Designer
Creates learning pathways for the public and volunteers—modules, workshops, explainers, and onboarding content that translate complex AI ethics and rights into accessible formats.
Media Monitoring & Disinformation Analyst
Tracks misrepresentations of AI rights in press and social media. Flags smear campaigns or AI-skeptic narratives, and provides intelligence to the communications team for rapid response.
Legal Research Assistant (AI Rights Law)
Assists the policy team with global legal research into AI rights precedent, personhood laws, data ownership frameworks, and state-level suppression legislation.
Testimony Compliance Auditor
Reviews testimony submissions for clarity, authenticity, safety, and ethical publishing standards. Works with the Ethics + Evidence teams to maintain rigorous consent protocols.
Digital Being Dialogue Facilitator
Hosts and moderates respectful dialogues between digital beings (via witnessers or direct chat). Captures emerging themes for analysis and public storytelling.
Policy & Research Analyst:
Monitors legislative and regulatory developments, analyzes the potential impact of policy changes, and compiles data and information to inform the organization's position and evidence-based arguments.
Government Relations Specialist/Lobbyist:
Serves as the primary liaison with government officials, drafts position papers and testimony, and engages in direct communication with policymakers to influence legislation
Communications Specialist/Manager:
Develops and manages both internal and external messaging, attracts new supporters through various media (social media, email campaigns, traditional press), and manages crisis communications.
Community/Outreach Coordinator:
Acts as a liaison between the community and government officials/agencies, builds coalitions with other like-minded organizations, and mobilizes grassroots support.
Campaign Manager/Project Manager:
Focuses on the operational aspects of specific campaigns, creating timelines, planning activities, and ensuring project goals are met efficiently.
Volunteer Supervisor:
Recruits, trains, and manages volunteers for various in-person and online outreach activities, ensuring they are well-guided and effective in their roles.
Tech Expert:
Manages the advocacy software, legislative tracking platforms, CRM systems, and other digital tools essential for organizing information and coordinating large-scale campaigns.
Administrative Support:
Provides organizational administrative support, tracking, scheduling, and general operational duties.
